About the Healing Wounds of History (HWH) Program
Healing the Wounds of History is a grass-roots program that seeks to break the cycle of violence that has passed through many generations of Lebanese society by creating a community of change agents, field workers and practitioners, who, after appropriate training, are empowered to take and apply the approaches and the powerful content. Our approach is to address historical grievances and traumas that are often at the root of inter-communal conflict.
The on-going objective is that HWH becomes a self-sustaining community of change.
